POK, Olefinic Polyketone (Poketone): Poketone POK polymers have a perfectly alternating structure made of carbon monoxide and alpha olefins such as ethylene. KT-101 PK: Unfilled heat stabilized Polyketone offering the highest permeation and ductility. Offers good mechanical performance and excellent electrical insulative characteristics up to 275 to 300F. This is an excellent product for pipe linings, seals, gears, sprockets, links for conveyor and belting systems, and many applications requiring performance in the presence of aggressive chemicals usable over a temperature range of -5°F (-45.5°C) to 300°F (148.8°C) continuous and up to 350°F (176.6°C) intermittently and pressures to 10,000 0psi (68.95 Mpa) at 300°F (148.8°C).
KT-102 PK: Heat stabilized, nucleated, and internally lubricated proprietary wear and friction grade. Offers excellent chemical resistance to mild acids, caustic systems, steam, hot water, and all liquid and gases found in Petrochemical processing, Oil extraction, and oil refining. This product is ideal for downhole seals in packers, drilling tools, and as a valve seat material with unique very low torque values during valve actuation. Usable over a temperature range of -5°F (-45.5°C) to 300°F (148.8°C) continuous and up to 350°F (176.6°C) intermittently and pressures to 10,000 0psi (68.95 Mpa) at 300°F (148.8°C).
